    Schedule
    Day shift, 3x12-hour rotations (07:00 - 19:30), every 3rd weekend rotation, holidays as needed.

    Job Description
    The Inpatient Renal department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse.

    The patient population includes individuals with Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Kidney Injury, End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and those requiring general medical-surgical care.

    The nurse will be expected to manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5 and may be required to float to other units if needed.

    Responsibilities

    Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with renal conditions.

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

    Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions.

    Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

    Participate in patient education regarding renal health and management.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    2 years of nursing experience required, with inpatient renal experience highly preferred.

    Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

    Experience with EPIC charting system is required.

    Candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance.

    Must possess a valid nursing license.
