Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our Space and Defense Electrical Engineering team.

This role requires onsite presence and is focused on designing, analyzing, and testing complex control systems used in defense applications.

Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic team of creative and independent engineers.
Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to team knowledge.
Engage with customers and sales personnel to develop new products.
Consult on new product and market development initiatives.
Design successful proposals, providing both cost and schedule estimates.
Solve complex engineering problems with innovative solutions.
Ensure reliability through extensive testing and detailed documentation.
Mentor and assist in interviewing junior engineers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical design.
Proficiency in PCB design and circuit analysis.
Specialization in power electronics is preferable.
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis and testing of electronic systems.

Preferred Experience:
A minimum of 8 years, preferably 10 years, of experience working with high voltage (400V+).
While direct experience in power electronics is not mandatory, a keen interest in the field is essential.

This position is based 100% onsite.
