Job summary

The incumbent in this position is responsible for supervising the insurance follow-up team in Patient Business Services (PBS). They oversee daily operations and inventory management.

This includes managing tasks for the Insurance Follow-Up teams analyzing denials looking for trends payor issues following up on outstanding claims updating workflows reviewing explanation correct payment providing support to staff assistant manager Deputy Director PBSs Executive Director Revenue Cycle.
