    Sports Product Manager

    is an independent, determined individual who will focus on implants/instruments of Arthrex's shoulder, hip and knee products. They are to achieve monthly and annual predetermined Sports quotas by establishing and building trust and loyalty.

    This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market-leading product portfolio in all Sports Medicine related products.

    This position requires a high level of technical information, anatomy, and sales ability as it relates to orthopedic surgery and procedures.

    The Sports Product Manager will spend the majority of time in sales calls and surgery interacting with field reps, OR staff and surgeons.

    This position mandates strong time management skills, established sales skills, and ability to manage surgical equipment and inventory. It is critical that they be a confident, highly motivated individual who places top priority on exceeding revenue goals.

    This role demands strong leadership and requires the professional to set themselves as an example for all team members to follow.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following list. Additionally, demonstrating an adherence to, and mentoring of, the True North Surgical culture is of the most importance.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Primary responsibility is meeting and exceeding sales quotas and objectives for the agency.
    Set sales strategy for Agency Sports Medicine business. Follow up with Representatives, Leadership, and VP of Sales frequently to ensure the strategy is being executed. When needed identify weaknesses and offer evidence-based solutions.

    Increase territory results by taking initiative to build and maintain strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies.

    Maximize training to ensure growth and competency of product line for all agency personnel.
    Launch Sports Medicine new products within agency. Re-launch when necessary.
    Responsible for being the main technical expert for all items within Sports Medicine.

    Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.

    Strategically identify customer needs and work to price options and solutions – selling the value of the many solutions Arthrex has to offer.

    Creatively building quotes to meet the needs of the account.
    Training representatives on Sports products and sales cycle as needed.
    Collecting key competitive information and ensuring that knowledge drives both sales effectiveness and product development direction.
    Demonstrates strong leadership in guiding and engaging the audience.
    Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.
    Requirements
    Education and Experience
    Experience as a representative in the orthopedic industry
    3+ years' experience with Territory or Regional Management Experience
