Technical skills:
proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive), and property management-related software (i.e. Appfolio, Yardi etc.) In this exciting role your priority will be to provide general and administrative support to other team members.
Assisting at the front desk, welcoming visitors & answering phones
General clerical, data entry, filing, copying, mail preparation and other support as needed

Time Seasonal:
Mid/Late May thru August
00 per hour
Monday - Friday
Minimum of 4 hour shift per day
Must have REAL clerical experience using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with projects and issues that may arise
