Job Title: Housekeeper

A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel, following company standards and safety/security procedures. This role also involves conducting deep cleaning activities in guest rooms along with preventative maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Ability to evaluate and select alternative courses of action quickly
Work well in stressful situations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approach all encounters in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Maintain high standards of personal appearance
Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms
Perform deep cleaning tasks as required
