Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Accountant located in Highland, IN. As an Accountant, your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This role will as include tax return preparation and tax filing.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
