Mercy Springfield is currently hiring exceptional nurses for the Float Pool unit Available positions are as follows:Full-time AvailabilityDay Shift (7am-7pm)Night Shift (7pm-7am) Can be a Tier I or II based on areas coveredThe specialties offered in this role include Med Surg, ED, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health.

Float Pool RNs will rotate daily to assigned areas.


Qualifications:

Experience:
Two years of RN experience for Tier II or One year for Tier IEducation: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program Licensure:
Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit Certifications:
Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
