We are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration, with a proven track record of leading Salesforce projects from conception to completion. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement customized solutions that align with business objectives and maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce platforms.

Salesforce Developer Qualifications:

Minimum of experience as a developer with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and managing development teams.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development team members.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications.
Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices.
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
