Job summary
We're seeking a nimble hands-on Kitchen Manager to oversee and directly engage in our operations. This is a leadership position that reports directly to the owner and serves on our leadership team.You'll be the heartbeat of our production space—managing staff maintaining safety protocols organizing inventory preparing orders for pick up and ensuring every batch of fermented goodness meets our high quality standards.
Responsibilities
-Lead hiring processes and conduct regular performance reviews for all kitchen workers-Create and maintain staff schedules that balance business needs with team wellbeing
-Manage and support kitchen staff in daily production activities
-Foster a positive collaborative kitchen culture
-Ensure that all orders are processed and met in a timely manner,
