- Perform duties of clinical pharmacist on Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant services
- Supervise daily operations of assigned team. Participate in the selection, training, orientation, and assignment of day-to-day operations
- Develop standards of performance
- Evaluate employee performance and conduct coaching and counseling when appropriate
- Process weekly timesheets
- Respond and resolve customer service issues brought by other departments as they relate to pharmacy services
- Participate in performance improvement activities. Represent pharmacy in committees and projects
- Assist in maintaining continuous level of readiness for regulatory and quality visits
- Investigate pharmacy-related medication events and properly escalate action plans as appropriate
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by immediate and senior leader
- At least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience required
- At least 1 year of supervisory position preferred
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or equivalent
- Completion of pharmacy residency preferred
- Texas Pharmacy License required
- IV Certification is required
- BLS required
- Aseptic Sterile Technique Certification required

Position Summary:
The clinical pharmacist team lead is responsible for both performing and supervising daily clinical and operational activities of the B6 Satellite Pharmacy.
