    As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the engineering team, overseeing manufacturing processes on the shop floor, and ensuring the implementation of Lean principles for optimal efficiency.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engineering management, strong leadership skills, and experience in the furniture manufacturing space.

    What you have:

    7 or more years of experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment

    Proven experience implementing Lean principles and driving continuous improvement

    Positive mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

    Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

    Previous experience in the furniture or wood casegoods manufacturing space is preferred


    What you're good at:
    Implement and champion Lean principles across all engineering and manufacturing processes

    Oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor to ensure efficiency, quality, and positive communication amongst the team

    Monitor key performance indicators to drive improvements in productivity and cost-effectiveness

    Implement and improve quality control processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
