    We're offering a unique opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and become a leader in our field, making a significant impact in the lives of those we serve.

    What We're Offering:

    • A competitive base salary range of $90,000 to $95,000 based on experience, skills, and geography.
    • A monthly bonus opportunity, potentially earning $35,000 or more in your first three years.
    • A hybrid role, combining 50% in-person supervision support and 50% telehealth services.

    Our Comprehensive Onboarding Program:

    • 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration, covering topics such as clinical best practices, Central Reach usage, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments.
    • Weekly office hours or 1:1 support from our Clinical Development team, as needed.

    Continuous Education and Mentorship:

    • Monthly CEUs to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
    • An annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field.
    • Opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.

    Flexible Schedule and Work-Life Balance:

    • A generous PTO policy, starting with 15 days off annually, plus 1 floating holiday.
    • The flexibility to work from home, with Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons up until 6pm most nights, and preferably one to two evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm.

    • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and immunizations to MMR/VZV during our onboarding process, which we will pay for.
