    TEMP Human Resources Coordinator


    FACILITY LOCATION:
    Long Island, NY
    SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

    UCare Staffing LLC, a direct-hire and executive search firm partnered with one of the largest manufacturing companies in the world They have a need for a temp Human Resources Coordinator.

    This candidate will be reporting to their Long Island, NY office. Candidate MUST have ADP Workforce Now experience.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    I9 Verification
    Verification of Employment forms
    Processing terminations
    Reconciling invoices
    Filing/scanning

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
    Minimum 3 years' experience
    Proficient in ADP Workforce Now
    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
    Strict confidentiality a must Attention to detail and accuracy.
    Strong planning and organizational skills
    Communication skills
    Ability to multi-task
    Teamwork and customer service skills
