**Description**

The Carmelite Sisters came to the Palm Beaches in 1960. Later named the Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence, the facility was the first of its kind in the area to provide nursing, long-term and seasonal housing for the elderly, all with the signature type of care that distinguished the order's approach from others.

**We are looking for an experienced Transportation -Full Time Class B CDL DRIVER**

$14.28 Hourly Non exempt

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Operate the resident bus in the safest manner possible.

The driver must keep the bus clean and in good repair.

Assist passengers on and off the bus is a job requirement, as well as assisting with packages and mobility aids such as walkers and canes.

Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.

Check the condition of a vehicle's tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.

Report any bus malfunctions or needed repairs.

Maintain knowledge of first-aid procedures

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** High School diploma or (GED) General Education Degree. A current Class B CDL passenger license with no major driving violations for the past three years.
