- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational goals
- Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
