Duties * Serves as a Program Analyst within the NTC 11th ACR, S8, Resource Management Branch (RMB). * Responsible for analyzing complex financial operating programs to evaluate their actual and/or potential effectiveness in achieving objectives.* Performs detail reviews on prior and current year budget programs and multi-year POM year submissions to estimate program balance and planning for short and long term funding requirements.
* Provides status of funds, budget policy and budgetary impacts, and internal accounting to the NTC 11th ACR command and staff personnel.
* Applies in depth knowledge of the financial, accounting, statistical, budgeting, economic principles and management operations.* Results of work influence brigade policies and procedures that impact day-to-day budget, personnel and logistical support operations of both tenant and rotational units at the NTC and Fort Irwin.
