- Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as instructed by the supervisor.
- Support cooks as directed.
- Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures.
- Prepare desserts, salads, and non-entrée foods; serve beverages.
- Follow production sheets and guidelines for pre-preparation.
- Complete pre-preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Follow the cleaning schedule, ensuring equipment and work areas are kept clean.
- Ensure timely meal schedules are met.
- Participate in food preparation and tray line activities.
- Set dining room tables for meals.
