    Position Summary:

    goTRG is looking for a team oriented, driven, and energetic Program Manager. The Program Manager will work with the Enterprise Account Manager to complete operational requirements related to specific goTRG programs with the client. This role will be responsible for ensuring the success of various client programs, including but not limited to: production, yields, forecasting, sell through, recovery, channel adherence, and financial modeling. The role also provides support for additional client programs that require a strong knowledge of both inventory and warehouse management systems and related work processes. Additionally, this role will include customer relationship management and reporting requirements.

    Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

    • as a key player in the implementation or management of programs, including coordinating the launch of new processes or problem solving with goTRG teammates and the client.
    • with client operations for pallet movement and staging, as well as working collaboratively with the client to forecast volume to be diverted to goTRG disposition.
    • R1 to procure the correct data and manipulate said data in tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
    • closely with enterprise retail clients on reporting, weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reviews, and on day-to-day problem solving.
    • financial performance of each individual program and target actions with goTRG teammates and the client to improve profitability.
    • cross-departmentally and collaboratively to solve problems related to these programs.
    • task management software to handle projects and day to day tasks assigned by clients or internal teammates and management.

    Qualifications:

    • communication skills and a demonstrated significant proficiency for Excel are mandatory
