    The Senior IT Analyst serves as liaison between the Operations and Supply Chain business areas and technical teams within IT.

    This role is within an application delivery team that provides new and enhanced system capabilities for Operations and Supply Chain business functions as well as expanding use of existing capabilities across the company.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with business verticals, spanning multiple regions, to define business requirements for IT projects and system enhancements. Translate these into functional and non-functional requirements.
    Advise business and IT on best practices relating to system functionality and business processes.
    Develop clear and comprehensive functional design documentation.
    Perform Oracle EBS configuration and manufacturing data conversion tasks for integration projects.
    Design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements. Partner with business for user acceptance testing.
    Create training documentation and knowledge base articles.
    Keep change management system up-to-date and accurate.
    Engage with external software and service providers.
    Keep abreast of new technologies to identify opportunities where IT can provide value to business partners.
    Assist with providing production support.
    Mentor junior level IT analysts.


    Minimum Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education or 5 years of IT AnalysisA blend of application knowledge, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and technical skills centering on Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain Module is important to success.


    Willing to travel up to 20%Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with a combination of Oracle EBS modules: MES, WMS, Inventory, BOM, WIP, PO, Cost Management, Quality, ASCP, iSupplier, iProcurement, and MSCABeing able to legally access ITAR-controlled technical dataFamiliarity with System Administration and customizing Oracle EBSWorking knowledge of BI (XML) Publisher, OBIEE, RESTful web servicesExperience integrating on-prem and SaaS bolt-on applications with Oracle EBSWarehouse management systems, particularly Manhattan (WMOS, WMi, or SCALE)Configuring Oracle EBS to support Lean ManufacturingSQL; working knowledge of PL/SQLKnowledge of IT project management and application development phasesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively within project teams and independently.
