    Regional Property Supervisor

    Scott Humphrey has partnered with a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate management company dedicated to providing exceptional property management services across the Houston region.     Position Overview: As the Regional Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the property management portfolio throughout the Houston area. You will lead a team of property managers and support staff, ensuring that the properties are managed to the highest standards, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving key performance indicators.

    Responsibilities

    · Develop and implement strategic plans for property management operations in alignment with company objectives and market trends.

    · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers and support staff to achieve operational excellence and career growth.

    · Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the region, optimizing revenue, minimizing expenses, and ensuring profitability.

    · Foster positive relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants, ensuring high satisfaction levels and retention rates.

    · Develop and execute asset management strategies to maximize property value, including lease negotiations, capital improvements, and risk management.

    · Ensure properties comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies, mitigating risks and liabilities.

    · Identify and implement technology solutions and best practices to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve tenant experiences.

    · Monitor local market conditions, trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

    · Prepare regular reports and analyses on property performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs, presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

    · Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization, service enhancements, and organizational development.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    · Minimum of 8 years of experience in property management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple properties or regions.

    · Strong understanding of real estate principles, leasing practices, and property operations.

    · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

    · Proven track record of financial management, budgeting, and achieving performance targets.

    · Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and drive growth.

    · Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    · Real estate license or certification (e.g., CPM, RPA) is a plus.
