KCG is seeking a LVC Subject Matter Expert to join our team.

Qualifications:

Experience with defense training command IT systems, with a special focus on C4I systems simulation and operation
Ability to lead coordination and execution of LVC Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events
Knowledge in leading analysis efforts on highly complex problems or mission-specific operational problems, directing technical teams on operational and/or developmental projects throughout the system life cycle (development of requirements to final delivery)

Requirements:

Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of experience supporting Training Activities or similar systems/organizations and shows increasing levels of responsibility
Experience with training command IT systems, with a special focus on C4I systems simulation and operation

Desired Certifications:

Program Management Professional (PMP)
Certified in CMMI and Lean Six Sigma
