Senior Infrastructure Engineer / IT Engineer

• 7+ years of experience or someone that can hit the ground running and raise the bar across his team
• Experience with scripting and automation using languages like Python, Powershell or Bash
• Experience with Confluence and / or Jira
• Experience with database technologies SQL, mySQL
• Experience with monitoring technologies Grafana, Telegraf, Datadog
• Proficient in Active Directory flow
• Security best practices as well as identity access management, active directory security groups and how groups are applied in a system
• Experience with AI technologies and automation
• Automation via Jenkins
• Ability to navigate around game frameworks and handle source control systems
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems engineering
• Ability to renew certificates on their own and figure things out if they dont know how to do something self starter
• This person will be responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure - installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• They will also ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, maintaining security, backup, and redundancy issues.
• They will also provide 3rd level technical support.

Projects / Day to Day:

• Assisting with engineering initiatives
• Working on the infrastructure operations team
• When an environment is going down or in a degradative state, this person would need to fix this.
• They are T3 support and are the point of escalation if T1 / T2 teams cant alleviate the support issue
• If T3 team (this persons team) cant handle the support issue, it would be escalated to the vendor last stop
