Comfort Inn & Suites in Jackson, MI is looking for one head housekeeper to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 2435 Shirley Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and standards

Assign and prioritize daily tasks to ensure cleanliness and timely turnover of guest rooms

Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly, identifying any maintenance or repair needs

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed

Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness and safety

Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Desk and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services, addressing them promptly and effectively

Qualifications

• supervisor experience
• hotel experience

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $15.00/hour.
