- Work on analytics projects related to customer and vehicle data
- Pre-process, clean, and analyze large data sets.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis.
- Create new input features and build end to end data pipeline for machine learning models.
- Develop machine learning models using advanced statistical techniques
- Leverage machine learning and natural language processing techniques to mine unstructured data and uncover insights, topic detection, keyword extraction, and sentiment analysis.
- Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Respond to emails, calls, in-person inquiries and requests.
- Participate in meetings, capture notes and publish action items, and follow-up on next steps
- Interface with IT
- Escalate issues as needed.
- Other assignments and administrative tasks as needed.=
- 1+ years of experience building ML models
- 1+ years of experience with data querying skills using SQL. Able to aggregate, gather and manipulate data.
- 1+ years of experience with Python
- 1+ years of experience with Hadoop a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Power point presentation development skills
- Experience in Tableau and/or Alteryx a plus
- Sharp analytical, technical, and mathematical / statistical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well independently with little to moderate direction and in a team environment
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Works effectively in a dynamic environment
