Qualifications:

• Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
• Knowledge of plumbing codes
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and blueprints.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Ability to use mobile devices and software to keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be coachable

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

• Lead a team of plumbers

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• LLP License
• 1-3 years minimum experience as a plumber
• Valid driver's license
• Clean MVR
• Must have own tools
• No criminal convictions within the past seven (7) years. Southeast Home Improvement is a fair-chance employer.
