    • Expert Hospitality: Elevate our guests' experience by providing coffee and refreshments and guiding them to their meetings with precision and professionalism.
    • Guided Assistance: Direct and escort guests and vendors as needed, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit.
    • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure reception area by adhering to building policies, procedures, and regulations, creating a welcoming yet secure environment for everyone.
    • Efficient Operations: Take charge of generating and following up on building work orders, ensuring that maintenance requests and other logistical needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
    • Technological Savvy: Keep our telecommunication system running smoothly by following manufacturer's instructions for phone and console operation, ensuring seamless communication for all.
    • Security Measures: Uphold security standards by monitoring visitor access, issuing badges, and maintaining accurate records, contributing to a safe and protected workplace.
