    We are currently seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst who will provide full-scale administration of the company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan and ad hoc support of the company's other retirement plans.

    This role requires subject matter expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with stakeholders both internal and external.
    Employee Stock Purchase Plan Administration (60% of time)

    Maintain frequent correspondence with vendor to manage deliverables and ensure accuracy of plan data.

    Manage monthly indicative file process - consolidating and scrubbing data from multiple payroll systems for secure transmission to ESPP vendor.

    Prepare purchase file twice annually, consolidating and auditing data from multiple systems and working with Payroll teams to resolve questions and finalize purchase.

    Collaborate with internal partners and vendor on communications for enrollment windows, purchase periods and key events as well as ongoing participant education.

    Regularly audit contribution data to ensure accuracy of plan/participant data and regulatory compliance.
    Respond to participant inquiries in a timely manner and identify opportunities to improve participant experience.
    Document procedures for end-to-end administration of the ESPP and update as processes evolve.

    General Retirement Plan Administration (40% of time)Provide support for other retirement plans - 401(k), Profit Sharing and ESOP and cross-train with other team members to maintain general knowledge of plans and ensure adequate coverage.

    Assist with the consolidation, review and reconciliation of payroll data for annual Profit Sharing and 401(k) match true-up contributions.
    Participate in annual 401(k) plan audits data collection and reconciliation, coordinate documentation requests to internal partners, etc.

    Complete ad hoc projects as needed (return mail, lost employee searches, etc.)Qualifications:2+ years of experience in stock plan administration, compensation, finance, or accounting in a global corporate environment.

    Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, strong communication skills, attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality.
    Ability to work independently and take initiative and handle high-pressure situations with professional composure.
    Attention to detail and accuracy with an eye for efficiency and process improvement.
    Effective management of confidential information to ensure privacy and security of participant data.
    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (vlookups, macros, data consolidation).

    The pay range is $59,000 - $88,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
