    Commercial Banking Internship at HSBC

    Whether you have a background in psychology and understand human motivation or you're a business major exploring different career paths, our internship offers you the chance to discover how your skills can be applied in the global banking industry.




    Who We're Looking For:
    College students currently in their junior year, set to graduate by June 2026.




    Areas of Focus:
    Commercial Banking.




    Key Details:
    Applicants must not need work authorization currently or in the future, including OPT and F-1 visa holders. They should be graduating between December 2026 and June 2026, and be ready to start full-time employment.




    What to Expect:
    During this paid internship, you will undergo practical and interpersonal skills training, gaining insight into the operations of our Commercial Banking business.

    Your role may involve working in segments such as Corporate Banking Coverage, International Subsidiary Banking Coverage, Credit Management, Innovation Banking, and more. You'll develop a deep understanding of Commercial Banking, HSBC's clientele, and the range of products and services we provide.

    Networking opportunities with fellow interns, HSBC staff, and senior leaders are abundant throughout the internship. We leverage new technologies to enhance client interactions and ensure our Commercial Banking remains future-ready.

    Interns work closely with teams for ten weeks during the summer program, honing their skills and exploring their interests. By demonstrating a keen interest in learning about Commercial Banking and its offerings, you pave the way for a successful career with us.
