Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement Duties: Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructionsLoad raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet quality standardsMake adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiencyPerform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricatingCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements: Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar roleProficient in Fanuc controls and CAM programmingStrong knowledge of machining processes, including milling, turning, drilling, etc.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic math principlesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with welding or fabrication is a plusFamiliarity with press brake machines is a plusProficient in the use of hand toolsIf you are a detail oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills and a passion for precision manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for the position of CNC Operator.

Pay Details:
