GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

To have knowledge of HVAC equipment and the skill to make repairs. Must have certification to use all Freon.
Looking for an employee who has 5 years of experience in the HVAC field and prefer a certificate of completion from career tech.
institute or the Community College degree or certification. Must have knowledge of boilers, chiller, RTU, AHU and split system units.Another plus would be to have knowledge of EMS controls and know how to operate Johnson Metasys or Schneider controls.
Will be responsible daily checking of the mechanical systems on campus by physically walking the campus and through the EMS control system.
Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
