- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary
- Make appropriate recommendations for therapy frequency and intensity
- Complete all documentation, including initial evaluation reports, treatment plans, daily treatment notes, and discharge reports
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Conduct training with caregivers to ensure generalization of skills across environments
- Maintain MN Department of Health Licensure and ASHA Certification
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certification
- Licensed by the MN Department of Health
- Prior pediatric experience preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team of professionals
- Ability to empathize with parental concerns and provide suggestions for speech and language xhuatnn carryover at home
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time efficiently
