Essential Functions and Requirements:

Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
Equipment Expertise:
Install and repair various equipment and components
Organizational Skills:
Maintain shop organization
Tool Proficiency:
Be comfortable with power tools (pneumatic, electric)

Conduct quality inspections on completed parts
Equipment Proficiency:
Be familiar with Forklifts and Crane operations
Self-Starter:
Able to work independently with limited guidance when necessary
Blueprint Adherence:
Follow blueprints to meet product specifications

Adaptability:
Perform other related duties as required
Skills & Background:
Relevant Experience:
Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
Welding Expertise:
Proficient in welding tools and procedures
Blueprint Literacy:
Experience with engineering blueprints and schematics

Ability to handle a physical workload

$20.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
