    Job Title: Director Digital Marketing Analytics

    Location: 3 Days/Week in Manhattan

    Salary (FTE Role): $185,000-220,000 + Bonus

    Here is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading CPG organization that Forsyth Barnes has recently partnered with. This opportunity will be to develop analytics capabilities in the marketing organization, with a large focus across Web Analytics, CRM, CDP, Social Media and other Paid Advertising.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead the digital analytics strategy across CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), web, and social media analytics to drive actionable insights and improve overall digital performance.
    • Oversee the implementation and utilization of advanced analytics tools and techniques to track, measure, and analyze customer behavior, engagement, and journey across digital touchpoints.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and IT to identify key business questions, define KPIs, and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
    • Lead a team of digital analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in the areas of analytics best practices, data visualization, and storytelling to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior-level role overseeing digital analytics initiatives, with a strong focus on CRM, CDP, web, and social media analytics.
    • Expertise in utilizing advanced analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), CDPs, and social media analytics tools to extract meaningful insights.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and attribution modeling, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, influence decision-making, and drive organizational change towards a data-driven culture.
