    ENGINEERING MANAGER

    Attention all experienced Engineering Managers Join a dynamic and growing team at one of the leading mechanical contractors in South Carolina.

    Our company, known for its excellence in design-build projects, is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Engineering Manager in our Charleston office.

    Qualifications:

    • Engineering degree from an accredited university
    • Professional Engineer's license from the State of South Carolina
    • Expertise in commercial and industrial mechanical and plumbing design processes, applications, standards, and codes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering/CAD/Revit software
    • Strong understanding of industry practices, standards, and codes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Business acumen and negotiation abilities
    • Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform HVAC load analysis and mechanical design
    • Design plumbing and process piping systems
    • Prepare cost estimates and proposals for designbuild projects
    • Source potential projects from various channels
    • Oversee projects to completion within budget
    • Coordinate drafting efforts
    • Assist project managers with engineering needs
