    Customer Service Representative | Texas (Various Locations) | $17-19/hr

    Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

    Are you a people-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our client in various locations across Texas If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic and customer-centric environment, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and assistance
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
    • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process enhancements and providing feedback to the team

    Key Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
    • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset
