We re on the lookout for a dedicated Overnight Baker Finisher to be the nocturnal backbone of our Dunkin Donuts store.This role is perfect for those who thrive under the moonlit sky transforming ingredients into delightful baked goods.
We work closely with fellow nocturnal team members maintaining a supportive and respectful environment Respond positively to guidance and maintain responsibility for your night shift duties Stick to the schedule ensuring you re ready to roll when the stars are out Focus on guest satisfaction by preparing fresh high quality products for the morning crowd Tackle any overnight challenges swiftly maintaining our standard of excellence Adhere to Dunkin Donuts brand standards and systems throughout the night Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives with precision Follow recipes procedures upholding our reputation for deliciousness Comply with all cash cleanliness food safety security policies
- At least 18 years old ready to shine during the overnight hours.
