4 day work week in the greater Boston areaThis suburban Boston, self-governing and democratically structured 10-member private practice is seeking recruiting due to growth in the practice.
The group provides services to a 189 bed community hospital and Level 3 Trauma Center and an affiliated outpatient MRI office and has a longstanding and stable relationship with the hospital administration and medical staff since 1954 Ideal candidates are either Neuro, MSK or IR but will consider all others.
Can expect to spend 50% in your subspecialty and balance in general. Mammo is optional. The position includes most aspects of diagnostic radiology including fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiography, and nuclear medicine.Familiarity with minor interventional procedures (i.e., thoracentesis, paracentesis, thyroid and breast biopsy, arthrogram) or willingness to learn them is preferred.
Volume is studies per day across all modalities.Diagnostic call (work a late shift 10am -8pm) two to three week nights per month and 1 weekend per month (two rads 1 from 8am 1pm the other from 1pm 8pm).
Typical work week of 4 days.
