    This job description outlines the responsibilities and requirements of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a part-time swing shift position at Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide and oversee medical services to a caseload of patients.
    • Act as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team.
    • Communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where services are rendered.
    • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
    • Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
    • Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU).

    Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

    • Excellent organizational abilities.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Patient service oriented (both internal and external).

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Work environment is a residential inpatient treatment facility.
    • Exposure to emotionally impaired patients will be frequent.
    • Must have the reasonable ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, talk, and hear.

    The estimated salary for this position is $25-$33 per hour, plus shift differentials. Note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
