- Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies and programs to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop strategic partnerships within the general contractor and installer community to increase awareness of Nichiha's products.
- Identify top General contractors that can influence material changes and position Nichiha as a cladding of choice.
- Liaise with specialty and commodity installers to position Nichiha as a revenue-generating cladding for their business.
- Monitor and maintain a project pipeline in Salesforce.com to track specified and submitted projects.
- Document all activities in Salesforce.com to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Presentation of AIA/CES courses to Architects to enhance product knowledge.
- Assist in the development of new AIA CES offerings and provide feedback on current offerings.
- Presentation of Product Knowledge trainings to General Contractors and Installers to improve product understanding.
- Coordination of market intelligence on product, program, shipping, and market segments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration with other Nichiha personnel to provide technical assistance, training, and problem resolution.
- Management of the sales process through dealer or distribution channels as required.
- Collaboration with Field Technical personnel to develop a trained and consistent installer base.
- Participation in regional and national promotional/trade show activities to showcase Nichiha products.
- Assistance in Product Development to ensure customer needs are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is strongly desired.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in building materials sales.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a robust client database.
- Proficient in face-to-face sales and able to create product and technical presentations.
- Excellent presentation skills and a general understanding of the construction process.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
- Experience using Dodge Data and a CRM tool (Salesforce.com preferred).
- Understanding of social media trends and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
