- Activation of recurring service quotes, creation/maintenance of related agreements and sales orders upon quote approval.
- Logging, monitoring, and follow up of account representative feedback for timely quoting activity to support recurring services.
- Generation of recurring service sales orders far enough in advance to allow the service coordinators to obtain work order approvals each month.
- Assist as necessary with obtaining work order approvals.
- Pricing updates on recurring service templates after price card updates or pricing changes have occurred.
- Distribution of multiple reports to management, service coordinators, and account representatives.
- Quality control of database information to include population of data to eliminate missing data fields, spelling corrections, punctuation corrections, and removal of duplicates.
- Log and grant ShareFile access to qualified clients as required.
- Data entry of information in assorted templates and software platforms.
- Provide back up and assistance for answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Additional responsibilities to be assigned as required or needed.
- Must be organized, detailed, and accurate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the O365 suite of applications.
- Touch typist of alpha and numeric content.
- Computer and communication skills are a must.
- Must be dependable, able to work independently, good at multi-tasking, and a team player.
- Able to adapt to a changing workflow environment.
