- Administer medications to residents as prescribed
- Document medication administration accurately and timely in the EMAR system
- Report any medication concerns following proper protocol
- Monitor and record medication inventory, including controlled substances
- Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and room
- Communicate with various healthcare professionals and family members
- Observe residents for any changes in condition
- Assist residents in maintaining independence
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA), or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Trained in proper administration of medications
- Hourly wage and benefits per Employee Handbook
- Eligible for performance-based increases
- Work schedules posted in advance via ON SHIFT
- 401k retirement savings program eligibility after one year
