Position Overview:

This Multifamily Reporting Data Analytics Professional position is in the Multifamily Division at Freddie Mac. This role will support Multifamily line of business in building reporting solutions to help manage the business. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and follow-up skills. This position requires that the candidate interacts and works effectively with internal customers as well as with all levels of management within and across departments. The position also requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting tasks simultaneously. The position will report to the MF Data Analytics Manager.

Support the multifamily line of business by developing custom-built and baseline reports and dashboards that provide advanced insights that lead to more informed decision-making.

Your Impact:

Help the Multifamily Division better manage their business through various reporting solutions.

• Responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and reliable reports and the enhancement of the reports and the reporting process as needed
• Responsible for baseline and ad hoc reporting as well as the preparation of presentations as required
• Compile and analyze data to provide trend analysis for baseline reporting
• Prepare and maintain reporting procedures in accordance with corporate requirements
• Learn to deliver reporting solutions through a defined reporting process that includes: Gathering report requirements, researching data elements, querying databases, developing and testing code, preparing report templates, performing analytics, and presenting results

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of related data analytics experience
• BA Degree or equal work experience
• Proficient with relational databases and with reporting tools such as MS Query, Rapid SQL and MS Access
• Job requires experience using MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of UNIX, VBA & SharePoint

The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $114,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
