Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the company President and other Executive team members to identify scope execute strategic operational priorities in the business Own the Sales Inventory, operations planning using data driven approach improve coordination across sales production supply chain Operate within seasonal consumer driven food environment plan ahead firm orders taking calculated risks leveraging skills for better results Support annual operating plan process collaboration finance operations Leverage new ERP system develop report key performance indicators unit Translate ambiguous goals project plans ownership outcomes improve operation deliver growth objectives Lead projects accelerate quality efficiency progress people culture agenda Work cross function investigate conduct analysis solutions operational challenges drive improvement Drive accountability functions levels direct managerial authority Requirements 4+ years experience operations strategy consulting analytics banking development fields Experience consumer facing food manufacturing confectionery preferred MBA equivalent advanced experience plus Skilled analytical presentation tools Microsoft Office PowerBI ERP familiarity plus Advanced capabilities comfort working imperfect data sound decisions lines impacts proven management organizational skills translate frameworks standard processes executed completion Exceptional communication meeting facilitation Confidence influencing without authority accountable plans Ability operate independently bias action prioritization accountability continuous improvement.
