+ Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic vision and executive leadership for Cloudflare's global go-to-market strategy across products customer segments geographies and routes to market
- Own the creation and continuous refinement of Cloudflare's long-range revenue plan including revenue architecture investment frameworks operating models resource strategy
- Lead Cloudflare's end-to-end annual planning process including revenue targets quota deployment coverage models segmentation headcount allocation market investment priorities
- Rules of Engagement & Organizational Alignment Set govern policies frameworks cross-functional engagement models define how Sales Marketing Customer Success Partnerships other functions collaborate Ensure clarity reduced friction alignment across entire revenue ecosystem
<+ Qualifications: 15+ years experience in GTM strategy revenue operations corporate strategy or related operational leadership roles within high-growth technology companies Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives driving alignment across complex global organizations Track record owning delivering multi-year strategic plans enterprise-level transformations Exceptional operational rigor proven experience leading large cross-functional programs fast-moving environments Outstanding executive communication skills ability simplify complexity tell strategic story drive decisions Deep quantitative fluency synthesize data actionable strategic insights Experience leading multidisciplinary teams contractors offshore resources specialized strategy analytics planning roles Comfortable operating high ambiguity; able drive clarity structure disciplined execution Strong influencing conflict-resolution negotiation skills at executive level
