Our client, an innovative global software company, is seeking an

Indirect

Tax Senior

to join the finance team and join in the preparation and filing of indirect tax returns.

The right candidate will have solid understanding of tax regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external teams.

Responsibilities
Prepare and file US indirect tax forms, including Sales and Use, property and withholdings tax returns
Ownership of Sales and Use, property tax, and federal and state regulatory indirect tax matter
Data analysis and management, including reconciliations and journal entries
Assist with internal and external audits; maintain documentation to support tax positions and filings
Utilize tax automation tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency in indirect tax processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address indirect tax issues and provide guidance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
3-5 years of relevant sales and use indirect tax and technical tax experience
Experience with indirect tax process automation
Experience with Vertex and SAP
Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
