    • Electrification Project manager for Controller and Motor
    • Customer interface responsible for overall project management
    • Launch Management and plant coordination
    • Organize internal and external project meetings
    • Change Management
    • Project budget planning and cost controlling

    • Good Communication skills with customers, as well as Bosch internally
    • Knowledge of Bosch processes
    • Experience in sales / project management
    • Fluent Japanese and English language skills
    • Experience of project coordination with JOEM customers
    • Knowledge in two wheeler domain, biker experience (preferred)
