    Senior Tax Advisor - Currently 100% remote and will remain 100% remote - Corporate in Minnesota

    How the Senior Tax Advisor Will Make an Impact

    The Senior Tax Advisor will support multiple locations and clients in all aspects of income tax compliance process. Duties include preparation, review, and documentation of income tax returns, and management of tax fixed asset ledger. Additionally, the position will assist in research and planning projects.

    As a Senior Tax Advisor, you would be responsible for:

    • Support the accurate and timely filing of all tax returns, extensions, and quarterly estimated tax payments
    • Support preparation and recording of income tax provisions, including return-to-provision adjustments and valuation allowance analysis of deferred tax assets
    • Manage tax fixed asset ledger, partnering with Corporate Accounting and IT to make necessary adjustments
    • Manage tax software administration
    • Identify areas to improve efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance
    • Assist with tax strategies and other projects

    What the Senior Tax Advisor will Need

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
    • CPA or EA Certification
    • Minimum 3 years Tax Return Experience (Ideally at least one year in public Accounting)
    • Experienced with Income Tax Compliance
    • Advanced experience with Excel and intermediate with PowerPoint and Word
    • Experienced with Accounting Systems
    • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
    • Detail oriented and organizational skills
    • Specific experience in various State Returns such as CA, MN, FL, TX and others helpful

    Compensation: Up to $120K plus bonus and excellent benefits
