Assists in the development of strategic plans for the system and leads the development of sustainable, documented processes to support the business.
Executes on initiatives based on sound data and leads performance improvement initiatives. Guides and supports the local implementation of care redesign methodologies. Collaborates in the development of clinically based performance analytic tools. Reports progress and clinical performance improvement opportunities to key stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree preferred.Clinical licensure or requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
5-7 years of relevant clinical experience is required, including 3-5 years of relevant program management experience. Requires experience managing multiple complex projects involving multiple customers. Requires knowledge of state of the art clinical care, research and education. Requires demonstrated proficiency in addressing and understanding organizational and system complexities. Requires demonstrated knowledge and expertise of quality improvement methodologies. Requires demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Incumbent will be expected to learn SQL, R, and Power if not yet proficient.#LI-NC1
