- Perform daily cycle counts in our warehouse/3PLs to ensure inventory accuracy
- Reconcile and perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies
- Conduct frequent inventory audits of physical inventory
- Accurately enter data and perform inventory transactions with the ERP system with a high level of detail
- Monitor, analyze, and improve key metrics related to inventory management.
- Assist in support tasks, projects, and initiatives to keep inventory locations secured, organized, and supplied
- Comply with all company, environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain and follow inventory controls and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and SOX regulations
- High School Diploma required; Degree in supply chain or data analytics field preferred
- 6 months+ of experience in inventory management + data analysis
- Comprehensive, hands on knowledge of distribution & warehousing processes, inventory control, and best practices
- Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment and be willing to grow and learn
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials up to 50-70lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Applications and relevant warehouse management ERP software (Oracle Preferred)

Yoh is looking for an Inventory Specialist to come in and join our Biotech/Pharma client for their state of the art manufacturing building.
The ideal individual will come in with inventory management as well as data analytics expereince.
Industry: Bio Tech/manufacturing (Supply Chain)
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Compensation: $25-$30/hour DOE
Type: 6 month contract
Schedule: 7:30am-4pm, M-F w/ opportunity for OT
